RPS stays inside the box
Medford's proposal for 4,500 additional acres translates to adding 7 square miles without materially increasing the future average residential density. The Regional Problem Solving process has evolved within a conventional development context -- more streets, roads, single-family homes, a few apartments, some shopping centers, a low-intensity industrial component, and the usual supportive infrastructure.
